Example toproll training program.

First exercise: Lifting with a vertical toprol dumbbell with left and right hand.
In three variants:
A: Triangular load (front and both side weight)
B: Double load pronation and toproll (front and one side weight)
C: Pronation load (side weight only)
D: Supination load (side weight only)
E: Toproll load only (front weight only)

Second exercise: Lifting with a belt and loading pin with left and right hand.
In two versions: A: Straight lift  B: Pronation lift

Third exercise:
Pull-ups with narrow grips on rotating handles in two positions.A: Rotation handles in position 90 degrees B: Rotation handles in position 45 degrees

The sets of each exercise are 3 and the reps are 8-10.

 

 

 

EXAMPLE BICEPS TRAINING PROGRAM

First exercise: Lifting a curved barbell with grippers
Second exercise: Lifting the dumbbell from a bent position
Third exercise: Pull-ups on "3D pull-ups assistant" with handles in position 135 degrees.
A: Pull-ups on "3D pull-ups assistant" with handles in position 135 degrees with wide grip
B: Pull-ups on "3D pull-ups Assistant" with handles in position 135 degrees with a narrow grip
C: Pull-ups on "3D pull-ups assistant" with "ball grip" handles in position 135 degrees

Fourth exercise
Biceps tension from an inclined position 

The sets of each exercise is 3-4, and the reps between 6-8
